Location: Natural Bridge State Park in Kentucky.

The temperature was in the low 40's. My wife and I thought it may have been my breath so we tried and our breath could not be seen. No one was smoking and there was no fog. My wife and I were the only two out in that area and neither one of us smoke. I went back to the bridge about 2 minutes later and took another photo. There was no full moon.
