These were taken in early Sept. of 2003 while going back to our campground at San Onofre, Ca. state beach. My friend's digital camera had quite a bit of orb action, but my disposable camera picked up these lit up orbs. The last two years were found indian artifacts on the beach.

The orbs that you refer to here in these photos are actually known as
"ribbon energy".
There are those in the paranormal field that believe ribbon energy is a form of ecto-mist. Others believe that ribbon energy are not actual entities, but are natural atmospheric electrical discharges caused by plants, decay, and friction from within the earth.

Hi Kat and Carl,
Thanks for posting the three ribbon energy photos, since then I have gain more of an interest in this field, Diane Melvin (San Gabriel Valley Paranormal Researchers) is teaching a ghost and haunting evening workshop close to my town of Orange, Ca. I am sending some more photos of the same evening. The orb pics are on the way down to the beach and the two indian artifact pics are what was found at the beach, one of which we found using a EMF meter. I guess spirit energy was responsible with a 2.1 reading on the meter.(EMF-2 mg). Twice it read that measurement before i dug down a foot in the sand with 8 people wandering what i was doing. On the way back from the beach to the campground are the pics you have posted. You're welcome to use these pics to post.
